Bantamarium Logo Tag & Holder Set

Add a professional, colorful label to your enclosures with the Bantamarium V2 Logo Tag Set! This two-file system includes the detailed Logo Tag (PLA) and the flexible Holder Sleeve (TPU). The design allows the rigid tag to be pressed securely into the sleeve, enabling quick, tool-free color changes without having to remove the sleeve from the tank.

We highly recommend FDM printing with a 0.2 mm nozzle to achieve the crisp, detailed logo. The model is support-free and requires little glue for assembly.

⚙️ Recommended Print Settings

This product requires specific material and nozzle recommendations to achieve the intended detailed look and flexible functionality.

FDM/Filament Settings (Recommended for Structure & Size)

Logo Tag Material: PLA (or PETG/ABS for humidity).
Sleeve Material: TPU (Mandatory for flexibility/push-fit).
Nozzle Diameter (CRITICAL): 0.2 mm is highly recommended for the Logo Tag to achieve crisp, detailed lines, especially for multicolor prints. Use 0.4 mm for a simpler, less-detailed finish.
Layer Height: 0.16 mm or finer for best results.
Supports: NO SUPPORTS REQUIRED.

SLA/Resin Settings (Recommended for Detail)

Material: Standard UV Resin (Solid colors).
Layer Height: 0.05 mm or finer.
Orientation: Print flat.
Note: Resin prints will require careful dimensional calibration to fit snugly into the TPU sleeve. Sleeve will require specialized rubber resin if printed from an SLA printer.

Important: The Logo Tag is not a load-bearing or water-retaining part, but choose PETG if the tag will be exposed to high heat or humidity.

Assembly & Installation

🛠️ Preparation & Post-Processing Steps

This product requires specific material usage and simple push-fit assembly.

Slicer Preparation & Printing

Logo Tag: Print the tag using PLA (or resin). Use your chosen nozzle size.
Sleeve: Print the shallow holder sleeve using TPU (flexible filament).
Supports/Glue: NO SUPPORTS REQUIRED. Glue the sleeve onto the housing of the area you want to attach the logo to with super glue.

🎨 Optional Painting

If printing the Logo Tag in a single color, use acrylic paint for the recessed logo area to add contrast. Seal the painted tag with clear acrylic spray paint before assembly and use.

Cleaning (CRITICAL)

Before placing the final assembled tag in your habitat, wash it thoroughly with hot, non-soapy water. A final thorough rinse is mandatory.

📦 Required External Tools

The following materials are required to complete the functional connection system and are not included with the STL files.

TPU Filament: MANDATORY flexible filament for the Holder Sleeve to allow for tool-free tag insertion/removal.
Aquarium-Safe Super Glue: Required to secure the magnets and felt to the printed parts.
